Principal Technology Inc., a provider of total system solutions for natural gas, refining, chemical, process and manufacturing facilities, has hired Joseph Gesino as business development manager.
Gesino will primarily focus on developing new business opportunities for Principal Technology’s Systems and Industrial Fabrication business group. The SIF group provides design-build and build-to-print modular piping and equipment fabrication, instrumentation and controls and system integration for the petrochemical, power generation, gas transmission and manufacturing industries. Gesino has 15 years experience in sales and marketing of industrial equipment with expertise in sales leadership, P&L management, top line and margin growth, strategic planning, general management, lean manufacturing and inventory management.

Hodson, P.E. (Texas), president and CEO of Principal Technology. “He is a dynamic, results-driven, sales leader who can effectively lead the growth of Principal Technology’s SIF business unit.”
Prior to joining Principal Technology, Gesino held a variety of sales, service and marketing positions with Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressor systems, power tools, and hoists. He was also the general sales and product manager at Cooper Crouse-Hinds’ Industrial Controls and Instruments business.
Gesino served 2.5 years in the CT Army National Guard and the US Army before college.
Gesino received a Bachelors of Science Degree in industrial distribution from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas and was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He also received a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.
